Privacy Policy

What We Collect

PDF Viewer Bot collects only the minimum data needed to function:

• Server ID — to track premium subscriptions and free trial usage per server.
• Discord User ID — to associate premium purchases with the user who activated them.
• Page usage counts — to enforce the free trial page limit.

What We Don't Collect

• We do not store, read, or log the contents of any PDFs.
• We do not store message content or user messages.
• We do not track individual user activity across servers.
• PDF files are processed in memory and discarded immediately after rendering.

Payment Data

All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details. We only store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID to manage your premium status. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how Stripe handles payment data.

Data Storage

Server and subscription data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS). We retain this data for as long as your subscription is active. If you remove the bot from your server, you can request data deletion by contacting us.

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Supabase — for data storage.
• Vercel — for website hosting.
